THE NEW OFF-ROAD TERYX SIDE-BY-SIDES FROM KAWASAKI

Kawasaki’s Teryx and Teryx4 lines of recreational side-by-sides return with new models for 2023.

With new audio systems, a Powersport winch, and new color schemes, Kawasaki is bringing updates to the two-passenger Teryx and four-passenger Teryx 4 side-by-sides.

Both series run on V-twin fuel-injected 783cc engines to take on challenging terrain and pull their 1,300-pound towing capacity. Speed-sensitive electronic power steering gives the new models a tight turning radius, while the FOX 2.0 LSC piggyback shocks provide a smoother ride. The side-by-sides are also built with a double-X steel tube welded frame, an all-steel front brush guard, and low-maintenance, sealed rear wet brakes.

POWERSPORT WINCH
Coming standard on the Teryx4 S Special Edition models, the WARN VRX 35 Powersport winch is built with premium components, and special molded for the Teryx. The winch has a durable 7/23-inch wire rope with 3,500-pound capacity.

A load-holding roller disc brake offers control, and the three-stage planetary gear train helps with smooth, efficient operation of the winch. The winch has a dash-mounted rocker control switch, complemented by a corded remote.

The Teryx4 S Special Edition is built with a high-grade audio system in the center console. The stereo features AM/FM, Bluetooth connectivity, and USB ports, all powered by a four-channel 160-watt amplifier.

A pair of 6.5-inch two-way waterproof speakers are mounted in composite enclosures below the dash and are complemented by two 4-inch two-way waterproof speakers built in the dashboard. The enclosures help protect against the elements encountered while out on the trails.

The stereo system controller includes an LCD screen with backlit controls, and large waterproof buttons that can still be operated while wearing gloves.
